Haydee Collado was born and raised in the borough of Brooklyn NY. After finishing high school, Haydee enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in 2009. While serving her country Collado became well traveled visiting various states at home and time abroad stationed in Okinawa Japan, California, and a tour in Afghanistan. During this time, Haydee volunteered culinary services for her fellow Marines as well as higher Command. After separating from the military with an honorable discharge, Haydee returned to New York City and attended the Institute of Culinary Education, receiving her education in Culinary Arts as well as a baking and pastries. Haydee refined her ability in baking and pastry, learning and perfecting skills such as Sugar and Chocolate Sculpting. Haydee Collado furthered her acedemic pursuits by attending the Johnson & Wales University in Denver Colorado, earning her Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Science. While attending school, Haydee Collado also worked in the entertainment industry working on shows and programs such as:   ●The Food Network were she worked on set as well as in the test kitchen with Beat Bobby Flay, a popular television show.   ●The Popular talk show The View, where she worked behind the scenes assisting actress Debi Mazar and her husband, Gabriel Corcos new cook book Extra Virgin.  ●Competed in Franken Food on Spike Tv.  ●Bon Appétit magizine, working in the test kitchen testing new foods up for considering in the magazine.  ●Cooked for various promotions hosted by The Food Network which featured various celebrities and media press.  ●Worked as a promtional chef at Superbowl 50 for the Taste of the NFL party.  Haydee Collado also participated in a number of volunteer and charitable endeavours. She volunteer her time at the James Beard Foundation in NYC, the Food and Wine Festival, Jazzed Fest in Denver Colorado, and Feed the Children in California. She also assisted in the opening the reastaurant The Bar Room in NYC.  Collado has also worked extensively for the NFL Denver Broncos. You can find her working at Broncos Stadium on game day in private suites, assisting with preparing demos along side special guest chefs. Haydee takes pride in serving various politicians, members of the fashion industry, entertainment personalities and athlete clients. Among these she is able to prepare kosher, vegetarian, vegan,  pescatarian meals, and the ability to prepare fresh seasonal foods.
